This policy explains how VictoryTech ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit victorytech.us or contact us. We are a business-to-business distributor, and we only collect the information we need to answer your requests and do business with you.

• Quote requests: your name, company, business email, part numbers, quantities, required dates and any files you upload, such as a BOM.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone number, the position you are interested in, a link to your résumé and anything you write about yourself.
• Emails and calls: the information you choose to share when you contact us.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To reply to quote requests, prepare quotations and process orders.
• To review job applications.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and export compliance.
• To improve and protect our website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Our website is hosted on Wix, and forms on this site are processed and stored by Wix on our behalf. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms. We may also share information with shipping carriers, payment processors and professional advisers when needed to fulfill an order, and with authorities when required by law.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses a small amount of browser storage, for example to remember the parts in your quote list and to keep the quote form working. Our hosting provider may set cookies that are needed for security and performance. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and order records for as long as needed for the business relationship and for legal, tax and accounting requirements. Job applications are kept for up to 2 years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No website or email transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data, such as payment card numbers, through our forms.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@victorytech.us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respond to requests as required.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and information you submit is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
